The official SQFI-recognized training course for anyone who will serve as a designated SQF Practitioner at their facility. This is not optional — SQF requires every certified facility to have a trained, registered Practitioner on file.

Anyone designated as the SQF Practitioner at their facility. This is the person responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining the food safety management system. Required before your first SQF audit.

The SQF Code structure, food safety plan development, HACCP integration, prerequisite programs, documentation requirements, internal audit preparation, and how to maintain certification year over year.

Format & Completion

Online, self-paced. Upon completion, practitioners are listed in the official SQFI Practitioner database. Recertification is required every 3 years.
